As a medium size company with a global staff, we have been able to maintain a lean and nimble organizational structure. This arrangement allows us to empower our staff and meeting our client’s critical needs in a more rapid manner. To drive our future Growth and strengthen the existing customer relationship we are searching for several Business Development Managers/Key Account Managers.
Mission: Provide benchmarking intelligence platform, services and content to assigned automotive OEM´s and/or large, international automotive suppliers. Increase A2mac1 recognition and revenue growth on a mid- and long-term basis.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level to ensure sustainable recognition and business
- Systematically engage on value, positioning and selling A2mac1 services
- Involve A2mac1 teams (consulting, service management, marketing) as appropriate to maintain a high-end presence at customer and to create new growth opportunities
- Perform full sales engagements consistent with the sales process
- Identify best practices based on Lessons Learned
- Manage A2mac1 and client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction
Qualifications :
- 8 year+ of demonstrated track record in developing deep strategic relationships with large, complex organizations
- Superior interpersonal, management and communication skills, specifically with regards working in a culturally diverse and matrixed organizations
- Proficiency in accurate sales forecasting
- “Team Player” attitude with excellent organizational skills and proven ability to leverage internal resources
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering or a business-related field is preferred
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English (must), preferably French

- Account Plan (global/local)
- Multi year Sourcing Plan (including Account Based Marketing)
- Full Year Pipeline
